รองผู้บัญชาการสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติญี่ปุ่น พร้อมคณะ เดินทางเข้าเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงาน

ณ กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว โดยมี พล.ต.ท.ศักย์ศิรา เผือกอ่ำ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว และคณะผู้บริหารกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว ให้การต้อนรับ

คณะจากสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติญี่ปุ่นประกอบด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูงจากหน่วยงานด้านนโยบายและการประสานงานระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงเจ้าหน้าที่จากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตญี่ปุ่นประจำประเทศไทย นำโดย Mr. Naoto Watanabe เลขานุการเอกและผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายตำรวจ

โอกาสนี้ พล.ต.ท.ศักย์ศิราฯ ได้นำเสนอข้อมูลนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติราชการ

ของกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว พร้อมทั้งหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยแก่นักท่องเที่ยว และการประสานงานระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจของทั้งสองหน่วยงาน

ภายหลังการหารือ คณะผู้แทนได้เยี่ยมชมการปฏิบัติงานของศูนย์รับแจ้งเหตุ สายด่วน 1155 และรถปฏิบัติการเคลื่อนที่ (Mobile Operation Vehicles) รับฟังสาธิตการให้บริการนักท่องเที่ยวและการดูแลความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวและการจัดงานเทศกาลต่าง ๆ

การเยี่ยมดูงานครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติญี่ปุ่นและกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว และความมุ่งมั่นที่จะร่วมกันเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือ ตลอดจนพัฒนากลไกการประสานงานระหว่างประเทศให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

Deputy Commissioner General of the National Police Agency of Japan

Visits the Tourist Police Bureau to Discuss Cooperation on Tourist Safety Measures

On 5 November 2025 at 1:30 p.m., Mr. Koichi Tachikawa, Deputy Commissioner General of the National Police Agency of Japan, together with his delegation, paid a visit to the Tourist Police Bureau. They were warmly welcomed by Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira Pheuak-um, Commissioner of the Tourist Police Bureau, along with the Bureau’s executive officers.

The delegation from the National Police Agency of Japan comprised senior officials from the Policy and International Affairs divisions, as well as representatives from the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, led by Mr. Naoto Watanabe, First Secretary and Police Senior Liaison Officer.

On this occasion, Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira Pheuak-um presented the Bureau’s policies and operational framework, and both sides discussed potential cooperation on ensuring the safety of tourists and enhancing coordination between agencies.

After the discussion, the delegation visited the 1155 Tourist Police Call Center to observe a demonstration of the emergency response service for tourists, as well as the Mobile Operation Vehicles, which provide safety and assistance in tourist areas and during major festivals and events.

This visit reflects the firm relationship between the National Police Agency of Japan and the Tourist Police Bureau of Thailand, as well as the shared commitment to strengthening cooperation and enhancing international coordination mechanisms to ensure the safety and confidence of tourists in Thailand.
