พล.ต.ท.ศักย์ศิรา เผือกอ่ำ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว พร้อมด้วย ดร.พิเชษฐ์ หนองช้าง เลขาธิการสถาบันการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินแห่งชาติ ร่วมตรวจเยี่ยมการฝึกอบรม Trauma Care ซึ่งจัดขึ้นภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว สถานเอกอัครราชทูตอังกฤษประจำประเทศไทย และสถาบันการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินแห่งชาติ (สพฉ.) เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และทักษะด้านการช่วยเหลือผู้บาดเจ็บในเหตุฉุกเฉินให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากคณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินจาก North West Ambulance Service สหราชอาณาจักร ร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการดูแลผู้บาดเจ็บในภาวะฉุกเฉิน ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการบูรณาการการปฏิบัติงานระหว่างหน่วยงานตำรวจ หน่วยการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน และหน่วยกู้ภัย ตามแนวปฏิบัติของสหราชอาณาจักร เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบเหตุอย่างเป็นระบบ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนามาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานด้านการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินและความปลอดภัยของประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย
The Tourist Police Bureau Joins Forces with the British Embassy and the National Institute for Emergency Medicine to Deliver Trauma Care Training

Police Lieutenant General Saksira Pheuak-am, Commissioner of the Tourist Police Bureau, together with Dr. Pichet Nongchang, Secretary-General of the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM), visited the Trauma Care Training Programme, jointly organized by the Tourist Police Bureau, the British Embassy in Thailand, and the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM). The programme aims to enhance knowledge and practical skills in providing emergency trauma care for frontline personnel.
The training was delivered by emergency medical experts from the North West Ambulance Service (United Kingdom), who shared their expertise in trauma care as well as the United Kingdom's integrated multi-agency emergency response model. The programme highlighted coordinated operations among the police, emergency medical services, and rescue teams in responding to emergency incidents. It aims to strengthen participants' capabilities in emergency response and improve the efficiency of casualty management through a systematic and coordinated approach.
