If you are in or near a border situation area, your safety should be your top priority. Please strictly follow the instructions of authorities. The following are important do’s and don’ts to keep in mind:

• Listen to updates from Border Operations Centers, the military, police, or local authorities.

• Check safe travel routes before setting out.


2. Carry valid identification at all times

• This includes your national ID card, passport, and entry/exit permits (if required).


3. Comply fully with official instructions

• Cooperate during inspections, checkpoints, or any relocation procedures as directed.


4. Avoid high-risk areas

• Refrain from entering forested zones, active military zones, or areas reported to have clashes or explosive threats.


5. Keep in touch with family or close contacts

• Regularly inform someone of your whereabouts for safety and emergency contact.
