สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ แนะนำ 5 พฤติกรรมเสี่ยง ที่ไม่ควรทำช่วงเทศกาลลอยกระทง

วันนี้ (5 พฤศจิกายน 2568) พล.ต.ต.ศิริวัฒน์ ดีพอ รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยว่า พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ (ผบ.ตร.) มีความห่วงใยพี่น้องประชาชนในช่วงเทศกาลลอยกระทง ซึ่งมักมีประชาชนออกมาท่องเที่ยวและร่วมกิจกรรมจำนวนมากทั่วประเทศ จึงมีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอาชญากรรมและอุบัติเหตุสูงกว่าช่วงเวลาปกติ

สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ จึงขอเตือนภัยและแนะนำให้ประชาชนระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยง “5 พฤติกรรมเสี่ยง” ที่อาจนำไปสู่เหตุอันตรายช่วงเทศกาลลอยกระทง ดังนี้

1. เล่นพลุ ดอกไม้ไฟ และโคมลอยในพื้นที่ชุมชน – เสี่ยงเกิดอัคคีภัยหรือมีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ โดยเฉพาะการเล่นในพื้นที่ตลาด ชุมชน หรือบริเวณที่มีสายไฟแรงสูง

2. ลอยกระทงบริเวณที่มีผู้คนหนาแน่นหรือใกล้จุดเสี่ยง – อาจเกิดอุบัติเหตุพลัดตกน้ำ โดยเฉพาะเด็กและผู้สูงอายุ ควรสวมเสื้อชูชีพและอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของเจ้าหน้าที่

3. เมาสุราแล้วขับขี่ยานพาหนะ – เป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนน ทำให้มีผู้บาดเจ็บหรือเสียชีวิตจำนวนมากในทุกปี

4. กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัวในเว็บไซต์ลอยกระทงออนไลน์ – ระวังมิจฉาชีพสร้างเว็บไซต์ปลอม เพื่อหลอกให้กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น เลขประจำตัวประชาชน ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต หรือรหัสผ่านต่าง ๆ

5. ใช้กระทงที่ไม่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม – การใช้กระทงที่ทำจากวัสดุย่อยสลายยาก เช่น โฟมหรือพลาสติก รวมถึงกระทงขนมปัง เพราะจะทำให้น้ำเน่าเสีย

Royal Thai Police Warns of 5 Risky Behaviors to Avoid During Loy Krathong Festival

Today (5 November 2025), Pol. Gen. Kittharath Punpetch, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, has expressed his concern for public safety during the Loy Krathong Festival, a period when large numbers of people travel and gather nationwide to celebrate. This results in a higher risk of crimes and accidents compared to normal times.

The Royal Thai Police therefore urges the public to be cautious and avoid the following five risky behaviors that could lead to danger during the Loy Krathong Festival:

Lighting fireworks, firecrackers, or sky lanterns in populated areas – These activities can cause fires or injuries, especially when done near markets, residential areas, or overhead power lines.

Floating krathongs in crowded or risky areas – There is a risk of falling into the water, particularly for children and the elderly. It is advised to wear life jackets and follow safety instructions from officials.

Driving under the influence of alcohol – Drunk driving remains one of the leading causes of road accidents, injuries, and fatalities during festive seasons.

Providing personal information on online Loy Krathong websites – Beware of scammers who create fake websites to steal personal information such as ID numbers, credit card details, or passwords.

Using non-biodegradable krathongs – Avoid using krathongs made from foam or plastic, as well as bread krathongs, which can pollute waterways and harm the environment.
