มาตรการจุดพลุในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ในช่วงเทศกาลส่งท้ายปีเก่าต้อนรับปีใหม่ 2569

ห้ามจุดพลุ หรือปล่อยบั้งไฟ ตะไล โคมลอย และโคมลอย หรือวัตถุที่คล้ายคลึงกันขึ้นสู่อากาศในทุกพื้นที่ของกรุงเทพฯ หากฝ่าฝืนจะต้องระวางโทษ

• โทษจำคุก: ไม่เกิน 3 ปี

• โทษปรับ: ไม่เกิน 60,000 บาท

• หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

อยากจุดพลุปีใหม่ 2569 ต้องทำอย่างไร?

หากผู้จัดงานหรือประชาชนต้องการขออนุญาตจุดพลุ ให้แนบรายละเอียด และยื่นขออนุญาตอย่างน้อย 15 วัน ก่อนวันจุดและปล่อย โดยต้องแนบเอกสาร ดังนี้

• แบบคำขอรับใบอนุญาต

• บัตรประชาชนฉบับจริง

• บัตรประชาชน พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง กรณีมีการมอบอำนาจ

• แผนการป้องกันเหตุอันตรายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

• แผนผังบริเวณจุดและปล่อย

• เอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Fireworks Regulations in Bangkok Metropolitan Area

During the New Year Festival 2026, launching of fireworks, rockets, sky lanterns, floating lanterns, or any similar objects into the air is strictly prohibited in all areas of Bangkok.

Violators will be subject to legal penalties as follows:

Imprisonment: up to 3 years

Fine: up to 60,000 Baht

Or both imprisonment and a fine

Want to Set Off Fireworks for New Year 2026?

Event organizers or members of the public who wish to set off fireworks must submit an application for permission at least 15 days prior to the intended date. The application must include the following documents:

-Application form for a permit

-Original Thai national ID card

-Copy of Thai national ID card certified as a true copy (in case of authorization)

-Safety and risk prevention plan

-Site layout/map of the fireworks launching area

-Other relevant supporting documents
